Program Year 2024 (PY24) Annual Action Plan (AAP): 

The AAP is mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Community Planning and Development, for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds recevied by NMHC. NMHC is the Grantee of these HUD funds. NMHC administers CDBG, HOME, and ESG programs on behalf of the CNMI.

NMHC's Five Year Consolidated Plan Survey

Attached is a survey link that we are kindly requesting that you participate in. As a Consultation Requirement in NMHC's Five Year Consolidated Plan, we are soliciting for comments/input on NMHC's priority goals and priority types of projects for the next five years.  As a CNMI resident,  your input is extremely important to us.  We are kindly requesting that the survey be filled out and submitted by next Friday, February 23, 2024.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW (ER) & REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS (RROF):

The Northern Marianas Housing Corporation (NMHC) has completed its Environmental Review (ER) for the CDBG funded Tanapag Youth Center project. The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires NMHC to notify the public the ER has been completed and intends to submt a Request Release of Funds (RROF).
